The Choc 500 line

The Wiener Choc 500 is an all-in-one line for mixing and refining. This line consists of a 500-liter pre-mixer, a pump, and a ball mill. This line is created for fast, flexible, and low-cost processing of batches ranging from 425 – 500 kg to accommodate customers that desire the robust quality of the mass production factory in a smaller scale setting. The Choc 500 processing line takes up very little floor space and does not requires additional foundations. In the Choc 500 line, your ingredients are dosed and mixed in the mixer with two mixing elements. The mixing elements, one horizontal and one vertical element are driven by two counter-rotating drives. After processing the in the Choc 500 line your product will reach a fineness of 20-25 µm in as little as 50 minutes. As always, exact capacity, timeframe, and fineness depend on your recipe and required flavor profile. The line can handle recipes with both crystal or powdered sugar and is very suited to handle a high variation in recipes.
